The Comprehensive GI Program is a specialized program in the Section of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in the Center for Digestive Health in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Our aim is to provide high-quality, comprehensive gastrointestinal (GI) care for our patients.
We are staffed by a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, specialists in GI behavioral health and nutrition, nurses, and researchers who have specialized training in comprehensive GI care.
Some of the conditions we treat include:
- AIDS-related diarrheal illnesses
- Colonic diverticular disease
- Disorders of malabsorption
- Eosinophilic gastroenteritis
- Gastric cancer and gastric polyps
- Infectious colitis or infectious enteritis
- Peptic ulcer disease and other manifestations of Helicobacter pylori infection
- Radiation colopathy
- Radiation enteropathy
